I trained at a local college in Devon and proudly won the Accor Global competition in Paris, a milestone that shaped my culinary journey and my standards for every plate I serve.
Simple, thoughtful, and creative
My philosophy is to keep things simple: I let seasonal ingredients do the talking, then I add just enough creativity to make each dish feel special without ever feeling fussy.
